Newsletter Unsubscribe Email Doesn't Exist

When clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a newsletter, the URL is in the form of:

http://domain/index.php?main_page=unsubscribe&addr=email@domain

When that link is clicked, I get the "Unsubscribe From Our Newsletter" page with the unsubscribe button in the bottom right.

When I click the unsubscribe button, I get a message about "...email40domain not found...".

I know this has something to do with the "@" character being represented as "%40" in the URL. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I'm using ZenCart 1.38a.

Never mind. Apparently this symptom is a result of installing SEO URL. The fix is to exclude "unsubscribe" from being rewritten. It's discussed in this thread:
