Fee Shipping - Particular Products

How can I set up a discount code for free shipping on a particular product or manufacturer??

Just go to the product itself and select always free shipping. You have to enable the Free shipping module in case they order nothing but free shipping items.

I'm trying to do the same thing, but free shipping for only 3 products and only in 1 zone.

But I can't get it to work.

If the customer is in the continental US, then it's free shipping for the product.
But if a customer is in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, then it's full price shipping.

Any suggestions?
