divide header

Hai I am new in zencart and need assistant from you all

I have zencart site

I'd like to divide header become 4 column

anyone can help me to do this

I'd like to fill each with header..and 3 else with link in zencart

maybe I'd like to change the question..How can I change the text in the right side header into image and refer a link?
