Default center column width or centerbox width

I am trying to add an additional page called "Apparel Size Guides".

I was successful, the link I made is now under the right sidebox "Important Links".

The problem I am having is that when the page opens now the centerbox or column is too wide and causes the scroll bar to be displayed across the bottom of the screen. I want the center column to remain at the default width. I cant seem to find out what it should be.

When I click on "Site Map" or "Gift Certificates" the overall page width doesn't change. I just need to know where the settings are or how to make the page the same width as "Site Map" or "Gift Certificates" pages.

The page I created is filled with tables and cells for appropriate size listings. But even when I change the tables to specific pixels or percent it still changes the overall page width causing the lower scroll bar to come into view. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My site is still in development but the absolute link is: http://www.aclassactapparel.com/index.php?main_page=

Ya I am playing around with it and it looks like I will have to split the table up so it will come down in size...

    No,
You are correct and you might have to adjust some of the other tables also..

Ok I changed up some of the tables and cleaned up some of the layout. I am not done yet, but I noticed that when I pull up this page I get a red line all around the outside wrapper now. Does anyone know what code is causing it or a code I can insert so this effect will go away. It should be just a black line like on the other pages. I am new to this so I need a little help learning. I am fairly well versed in html but in no way am I an expert! Thanks a lot for the help!

You have a bunch of embedded styles, probably coming from that template. The red color is #C7202B.

There's a template support thread here:
