Avoiding product listing if there is only one product

Hello guys..

I'm wondering if there is a way to do this:

I have a site where the product are structured this way:

category-->subcategory-->product
but now for some subcategory I have only one product, and I can't modify the structure.
There is a way to avoid to display the product list of the subcategory with only one product and go straight to the info page of the product?

Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings - Skip 1-prod Categories

try this and see if helps.

in admin go to
Configuration > Layout Settings
at the bottom of the page find

Skip 1-prod Categories
and set to
False
