I know there are a lot of thread out here about this, but I'm so confused. I'm located in California and I thought I had it set up right, but no matter what state I'm getting orders from they are charged sales tax, How and where do I go to make sure only California residents are only being charged sales tax.

Under Locations/Taxes

In Zone Definitions I have Los Angeles, Ca, Desciption Los Angeles, Ca Sals Tax.

Countries - United States
ISO Code (2) US
ISO Code (3) USA
Address Format 1

Under Zones - I don't have any thing

Tax Rates - Zone Los Angeles, County
California Sale Tax 9.75%

I hope this helps. I really would like to staop charging every state sales tax except California.
