Table Method by Price showing 0 shipping if not defined!

If you want to control the Table Rate table shipping module, you would be editing the file:
/includes/modules/shipping/table.php

Oh it's back!! It worked once but not on second test !

What am I doing wrong? At least the shipping is still showing up --

I will keep trying..........

Shows the shipping as $0 -- I know there has to be a solution.....

Forgetful me

forgot to save the rename on file and was back to the original one...... This time I saved it so it should be ok ...
Teach me not to keep them highlighted in blue and log off....who would of known that made a difference........
