Help!!

I've been at this for days now and can't understand why I can't proceed to the Admin section after installation.

I've successfully installed a cart before on a UNIX system but this is a Windows IIS - 5.0 system.

My database gets set-up and everything looks good except for this hangup:

Once I click Proceed to Admin Section I get:

I'm running PHP 5.2.1
MySQL - 5.0

Can anyone help me with this problem??
