Paypal accept payment without creating account?

According to this doc:

Customers should be able to pay without creating the paypal account.

However, the "PayPal™ Account Optional ... if you want to allow customers to pay by credit card and not have to create a PayPal™ account, set this to ON" is not on my paypal page. So my customers have to create an paypal account.

Did I make any mistake or other people also have this issue?

PS: my paypal login page says "Account Type: Premier, Status: Verified ".

Oh, forgot to mention, when customers are redirected to the paypal page, the options on the page are like:

**** On the top of the page, it has text like:

PayPal securely processes payments for XXXX. You can finish paying in a few clicks.

**** On the left of the page, it has text like:
Why use PayPal?

- Use your credit card online without exposing your card number to merchants.

- Speed through checkout. No need to enter your card number or address.

Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout.

**** On the rigt of the page, it has text like:
LOG IN TO PAYPAL



So basically I didn't see a place that customer can simply input credit card without creating an paypal account.

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
What PayPal modules do you have enabled in your Zen Cart admin, and why?

I selected "PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard" in zen cart. My zen cart is 1.3.8a.

I cleared the cookies in my browser but somehow still didn't see the option to use a credit card without creating an paypal account. :-(

In your case it sounds like you need to contact PayPal and ask them your question.
