A second contact us form

I have set up an ez page that uses the contact us code of zen cart to send in an entry to a give away I am holding.

However, it comes in as "Message from the Nappy Shoppe" in the email subject. Now generally when I get an email with that subject, I know its a customer sending me a query and I respond promptly. But with this give away going on, I am getting alot of those, and I would like to seperate the giveaway emails from those that are coming through the normal contact us page of my site.

Is there a way I can make it that those sent via the give away page have a different subject? And yes I have spent the past few hours coming the forums to try and find the answer. I have a husband who is savvy enough coding wise to figure this out, but heaven forbid I cut into his gaming time to get him to help me.

How about putting an extra line in the email body which tells you which page the user was on when they submitted the form? This means you don't need to have a separate contact form, you can just setup a filter in your email client that searches for hte URL of your giveaway and automatically puts it into a separate folder.
