inserting text on specific category pages

Hi, I would like to be able to put in some general text about a collection of products on the product listing page but obviously only want this text to appear on certian categories pages.

If you look under the category; 'LEAD CRYSTAL GLASS TUMBLERS & TANKARDS' there are sub categories that are titled with different glass glass collection names, for example bubble base, I'd like it so when customers click on 'bubble' base' at the top of the products, there will be a bit of text about the bubble base collection so that we're not repeating it on each inidividal bubble base product as is the case at the moment.
I can imagine I have to do something in the stylesheet and I'm not sure what as I'm pretty new to css but if anyone can tell me how I can change the code in order for individual categories to have their own bit of text at the top of the cat listing page just underneath the category title at the top of the page I would be most grateful.
