Fedex label is resized badly

Zen 1.3.8a, quite a few mods including Numinix's Fedex and Automated Shipping Labels. The mod works fine except when printing. The label displays on screen about twice as large as normal and requires going into the printer Advanced Properties and changing the scaling for each label so the printout fits the peel-off Fedex half-page label.

Anyone else experience this?

Hi guys I hope you figured it out, but just in case you didn't or someone else has found this post looking for a solution.
In the Admin go to FedEx Automated Label Configuration edit the Label Resolution. That is how you resize the label. I believe the default is 192.

Printing with FireFox I just do File > Print Preview and change scale to 40%. Fits pretty good based on the resolution I'm using. Just find a good scale number that works for you.

on version 1.3.9h i don't have access to the advanced settings referred to above.

when I first tried the module I would only get a blank screen when I tried to print it aand I had to figure out where the error was.

I was able to manually replace the words module_shipping_fedex_resolution
with a number (I found 100 to be the best size) in the fedex_popup_thermal.php file line #81.

you can actually change that number to whatever you want and get it to resize. you could do the same for the other file on the laser version but i preferred this one for the layout I'm used to.

i realized the reason the sizing wasn't on the settings was because i used the version in the 'free software add-on's' area of this website instead of the newer one on the numinex site
