Almost all of my packages weigh 0.4 ounces to 0.79 ounces; yet, the USPS Parcel Post default price of $5.45 is based upon 1 to 3 lb. packages. I called USPS, and they said my shopping cart could change this. I've checked Config., Modules, USPS in Zen Cart and cannot find where to change this. Help?

Check the Tare Rates in the Shipping Packaging and set to 0:0 ... does that fix things?
