My E-mail is not working

Hi,
I just installed, last night, a new install of 1.3.9b and my email is not working. I am able to get email from my site via my contact form, outside of ZenCart, but none of the emails are coming through the cart.
Any ideas??

I see 1.3.9c is now out so I will upgrade, but I didn't see this as being an issue.
