Amex not working in paypal website payment pro Canada

we are having problem while processing american express cards for Canada based site. ( Other cards working fine ) it says transaction declined for all amex card.

Have you enabled Amex in the Admin> Configuration> Credit Cards?

AMERICAN EXPRESS and Paypal Web Payments Pro Canada is NOT available at this time.

From what I am told there are rate issues that Paypal and Amex can not work out for Canada so they decided to not offer Amex with the WPP for Canadian merchants.

Thanks for your reply support Team. But in this case most of the users enter their amex credit card numbers in direct payment option what we can do for this.

You can go to Admin->Configuration->Credit Cards, and turn off AmEx. That will cause customers to see a message stating that you don't accept that kind of card, rather than transaction declined.
