Paypal Merchant Tech Services have found a problem on my account but the fix they tried didn't work. Will keep you all posted.

The last i heard was last week (tuesday) and Paypal are still insiting that there is a problem in their system with UK Website Payment Pro accounts.
They have not explained what the problem is but this has been goin on for two weeks now.
If it is not fixed by the end of this coming week i will look to set my account up with another merchant as this is getting beyong stupid now.

My case has now been resolved. The case number was 100614-000141. Paypal had to manually apply a fix to my account. I have now completed a test transaction with 3d secure working.
