Company details on packing slip/invoice

Hi folks,

I seem to have missed something in my packing slips and invoices.

Currently everything shows fine on both, barring right at the top the fields which should say the name of my company etc, show this:



So how can I get to show my details instead?

Also can I get the company logo above it or to the right hand side of this?

Your company name show up when you edit this:

admin panel/ configuration/ my store/ Store Address and Phone

For the company logo try this:

right mouse click on the image, click properties/ and you will see the path.

Make a logo in photoshop and upload it back to the server
