Hi everybody,
Please help me with this issue: My ZenCart is sending to PayPal the shipping address instead of the billing address and of course the Credit Card payment is denied!
On my web site (www.MondoTex.com), the shipping address is correct, the billing address is also correct, but on PayPal page the information got switched!
How can I fix this?

Which PayPal module are you using?.

I am using the PayPal Express Checkout and Zen Cart v1.3.8/v1.3.8

PayPal only allows the shipping address to be submitted with the transaction.
If you'd like to ask PayPal to allow billing addresses to be submitted as well, please do it here: www.paypal.com/mts.

As you see, there are no fields for shipping address, only for billing...

I'm well aware of what PayPal shows on *their* pages.
But that's completely separate from the data that they accept when submitting transactions to them for your orders.
It's always been like that.
Others have asked for what you're requesting. Maybe one more requestor will help..

Look, I just checked the "PayPal landing page" using other site and the pages are different. Is there a place where I can change that? Or, is there a setting in ZenCart where I can block the cart to send the billing info to PayPal. Please help...

I am having the EXACT same issue!
Using PayPal Express Checkout and Zen cart 1.3.9d.
At least I have the Paypal page allowing my customer to change the billing info (CAUSE IT'S THE DAMN SHIPPING ADDRESS THEY ENTERED ON MY WEBSITE!)
I changed the following ADMIN > MODULES > PAYMENT > PayPal Express Checkout > Express Checkout: Require Confirmed Address TO NO (it defaults to YES)
I called (to heck with the Online Tech Support there). I was told it is a Zen Cart issue, not an issue with PayPal.
I know Zen is Open Source Software, but someone with Zen Ventures, LLC should have a convo with PayPal...
I LOST BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE!
