Zen Cart 1.39d Minimum Requirements

Just installed ZC 1.3.9d release on a new site. So far everything is working smoothly, but currently I am running PHP 4.4.9

Will this be enough? Or should I have my host upgrade it to PHP 5.3? I just want to make sure that there will not be any problems down the road with my current PHP 4.4.9 version with the newest version of Zen Cart installed.

Zen Cart v1.3.9 (to be released soon) and newer are compatible with PHP 5.3.0 and newer.

v1.3.9 has already been released.

Yes, 1.3.9x is compatible with 5.3 PHP but wingc3's question was whether or not it would run with his current version, which it will.
