The results ought to be displayed in the poll sidebox. Furthermore there is a poll page, see the instructions for further details.

When I go to Tools_Layout Boxes Controller there are no suitable candidates.
I am having the same exact issue...

    Anybody have any insight?

Before uploading the files to your server, did you change <your template> in the pathname correctly with the name of your template? The file includes/modules/sideboxes/<your template>/poll_box.php must be present to appear in the list of the boxes controller.

Any way to keep the poll always visible? I see someone asked earlier, but I'm not seeing an answer. The idea is that people can still see the results and "activity" even if they voted. It would be a neat feature for those who keep returning to the site to see the results. This is a great little add-on, too!

As the results in the sidebox only display after a vote, I guess you can use the poll results page for that purpose.

I appreciate your help on this, but I'm not sure "how" I would implement that. It seems to me the file poll_box.php holds the answer, but I'm not sure what to edit of if that's the right file.

    From the pollmanager.txt file:
A poll overview page, on which the customer can select a poll from a dropdown menu, to see the results recorded so far.
Only polls for which the administrator has indicated that the results can be shown here, will appear.
The dropdown list is not displayed if only one poll is available for display.
The link to the overview page is in the poll box, and the current poll is displayed by default.
Through the 'Edit Page' option in the administrative interface of Zen-Cart, the administrator can add text, pictures or
whatever to the bottom of the page. Also the layout can be tailored with specific CSS-classes.

You can also include a link to this page from for instance the ezpages sidebox, or from any location or page you wish. The link would be: /index.php?main_page=poll_overview

The overview page is available in Dutch and English, and can be tailored with the page editor on the admin tool menu.

And don't forget to enable at least one poll to display it's results on this page.

    Does this answer your question?

Thanks for taking the time to help, but unless I'm totally missing it, no, it doesn't really answer the question. I think I understand all of that. I probably didnt' explain myself as well as I should have. In this case, I have one poll. After a person votes, they can see the results and than the sidebox disappears completely. I'd like to keep the sidebox there and always visible, even if the individual already voted and all they see are the vote results.

The only way to keep the poll box active, is to allow users to vote multiple times. But even then, the results will only be displayed after a vote. If you want to allow users to see previous vote results, the results page that I mentioned earlier is the only option. So what you would like, is not in the current functionality of PM.
