Ok then, Log in to the cpanel
Find the icon
- file manager
- public_html/ includes/ languages/ english/ your_template/ html includes/
- select one to edit...
- right click of mouse and click change permissions
- set to 0644

OK...got all the way to the permisions it is set at 757 but it wont let me change the numbers

Well I have done something wrong...now all the permissions are 0000 and when i try to change them I get windows internet explorer warning that says
FileOp Failure on:/home/myuserid/public_html/zencart/includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_conditions.php: Permission denied

I have tried 644 and 777 in the permisions. STILL wont let me edit
I am getting VERY annoyed at this anyone have any suggestion!
