PayPal Cardinal 3d Secure - Error Validating ISO Currency Code (1002, 4490)

Hi

I have upgraded to 1.3.9c and we're running live with it. Things are OK except for the following error emails from Cardinal:

Error Processing Lookup Request Message, Error Validating ISO Currency Code (1002, 4490)
Cardinal Lookup 3[ka2qqjhlufodl2h3bfm4845071] Cardinal Centinel - cmpi_lookup error - 1002, 4490 - Error Processing Lookup Request Message, Error Validating ISO Currency Code Passed [null]


and the message ends with.....

Problem observed while customer 2469 *** ***** was attempting checkout with 3D-Secure authentication. THEIR PURCHASE WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. Please resolve this matter to enable future checkouts.

*However*, the orders are going through successfully, and we're receiving the payments in PayPal. Is this a known problem? Is there anything that I need to do? I have setup my Cardinal account correctly.

What currency are those transactions being completed in? What's the 3-letter currency code for that currency in your Zen Cart Admin->Localization->Currencies menu?

We have the following currencies configured:

AUD Australian Dollar
CAD Canadian Dollar
DKK Danish Kroner
EUR Euro
GBP GB Pound (default)
NOK Norwegian kroner
SEK Swedish Kronor
CHF Swiss Franc
USD US Dollar

We only went live with 1.3.9c on Sat 5th June, but so far we've had credit card checkout in USD, EURO, GBP, SEK, DKK, and NOK. I have received the error messages for SEK, DKK, and NOK.

I've just had another Error Validating ISO Currency Code (1002, 4490), *except* this time I didn't get the order, and obviously no payment, so this is looking a bit more serious now.

The customer would have been attempting a credit card checkout using Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

Hi,

Will this issue be investigated? I am still getting a lot of these errors. It is occurring for all Scandinavian currencies - Danish Kroner (DKK), Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and Swedish Kroner (SEK).

Is there any way of disabling 3d secure for these currencies while this problem exists? Everything worked fine for credit card checkout with these currencies in 1.3.8a.
