HELP : Cancel Voucher!!

Thanks for the response. I haven't edited the table values yet but I haven't found a way to zero out a customer's gift voucher amount using the admin pages yet. I understand that we can manage gift certificates but can we manually clear GV amounts? I have a couple of customers purchase gift vouchers as products online and they couldn't figure out to send the vouchers to themselves to get the codes to write on a printed gift certificate and at the time I didn't realize that is what they had to do. I manually created gift certificate codes which they have now used but they still have GV amounts which need to be deleted.

Currently, these changes would have to be manually done with phpMyAdmin ...

To Cancel a Gift Certificate, what I will be using in the table:
coupons

is setting the field:
coupon_active

to C for Canceled ... and this will prevent the Gift Certificate from being redeemed by anyone ...

What version of Zen Cart are you using? I am building this for v1.6, and will probably be adapting it for v1.5.4 ...
