Discount on product when purchase any other product from a product category

Hi,

I've had a look around the forum but couldn't find an answer to my problem. I was hoping somebody would be kind enough to help me if I asked here.

I have a product that is priced at £7.99. What I'm after is that, should someone add any product from a certain category ID the price is automatically reduced to £4.99. Is there a mod that does this or would I need to get something coded especially for me?
