Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class order, with Google Checkout

When logged in to my store front the shopping cart page is missing the right column and footer. It seems to be related to my google checkout. I posted about that here.

What I am asking about here is how to deal with this error in the log file

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class order in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/includes/classes/order.php on line 1091

I looked in the file and see, class order, stated only one time.

line 1091, which is the last line in the file, has only a curly brace }

I read this thread

and went through all folders removing any .bak files I found. This did not stop the error.

Please, anyone know what to do about this one?

I tried to post the contents of the file but it made the post too long and wouldn't go though.
