Upgraded to 1.3.9d No Products in my Categories, No Attributes

I am running a store on v1.3.8 and upgraded to 1.3.9d today. After doing the upgrade, my products categories are there, but none of the products show on the site.

When I go into admin, and check in the Categories/Products, all of the info (description, etc.) are there, and they are set to active. I noticed that there is no button for attributes (the move, delete, etc are there), and when I go to the Catalog/Attributes Controller the page comes up with only the 2 buttons at the top "Option Names" and "Option Values" an underneath it says
CATEGORIES: - A4 Papers
Select a Category with Products ... Or move between the Products
*Product is Disabled
It shows my A4 Papers in the dropdown box. If I select a product in the category, the Attributes Controller comes up, but it has lost the attributes for the product.

Obviously I have made an error somewhere, can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to look?

Please disregard my last post, as I have simply had 1 file that was corrupted during download.

Thanks for the update that you resolved the problem and for posting the issue was just a bad upload of a file ...
