Who's On Line not showing Customers Cart

Hi,

Using ZC 1.3.9d and when in the Who's On-Line page in Admin, I cannot see what customers have in their cart.

It's working fine on a replicated test site on localhost, and it was (I'd swear) working after I uploaded the new site to the server.

The only Mod I have installed since uploading was TinyMCe as (for some reason), my HTML Editor was not working in admin.

But I tested TinyMCe on my local site and it was fine, and the Who's on line is fine on my local site.

Its frustrating not being able to see what users have in their cart !!

Tested in IE8 and Firefox and no difference.

It doesn't show cart contents if suhosin is installed.

An update in the upcoming v1.3.9e will attempt to work around that limitation in certain cases where it's possible.

I can see the suhosin installation when I check the version in admin.


No way around this before 1.3.9e ?

Not sure 'complaint' was what I was attempting, merely an observation that 'enhanced who's online' does not work full stop in 1.3.9, in fact 'enhanced whos online' breaks admin completely in 1.3.9

I suspect your *customers* would be even *more* frustrated if they knew you were doing that.

While I fundamentally believe it's wrong to be spying on your customers' shopping practice without *at least* first overtly telling them that you'll be looking over their shoulder at every choice they make while on your site, if you absolutely must conduct such practice, you try commenting out the lines as suggested here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...8&postcount=11

I can't speak to the "enhanced" module. All it does is add color and another column for display. Not a whole lot of value there as far as I've seen when looking at it previously.

It's not a practice that I choose to conduct under cloak and dagger, as you make it seem. It's a practice/feature/function that (I believe) was readily available for ALL to use in the standard release of zen cart. If you think it's such a spying measure, then perhaps remove the coding that makes it accessible from the standard release package, and leave it up to individuals to install such coding through a mod of sorts..
