Default Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules

I've made several attempts to upgrade MailBeez v. 3.0.2 to 3.23. Everything runs fine up until the Backup phase of the upgrade. The progress line fills like the backup has completed and then it just sits and goes no further. When I look in the backup folder I do see the files backed up, however I'm receiving the following DEBUG Log error: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 87 bytes) in /usr/www/xxx/xxx/xxx/catalog/mailhive/cloudbeez/cloudloader/php/pclzip.lib.php on line 3246

    Please advise.

    hi,

form the error message I see you server is configured with 32MB PHP memory. This is very low and the reason for the failure.

Please increase the PHP memory limit (you might contact your server admin) to e.g. 128MB

I wanted to upgrade from 2.7.5 (I think) to the latest version. I'm on zc 1.5.1, I upload the proper files in the mailbeez_installer_v3.0.zip file, then browse to mailbeez in admin.

All system checks were green so I agree and continue. It downloads application files, backs up, checks perms, unpacks files, then:

    "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I'm quite sure this is something I did wrong, but can someone point me in the right direction?

I guess your server is running into a PHP timeout or PHP memory limit - try to increase both (ask google how to).

Also try to check your apache and PHP error log.

    Failed at the first step
I downloaded the latest 3.4.4 mailbeez
I unzipped and copied the files on my zencart 1.5.1, classic template, linux server, PHP 5.4.
I go to tools/mailbeeze and then I get the message "Couldn't resolve host 'www.mailbeez.en'"

I checked the zencart log and no error messages today, I checked the server error log also no errors.

I also have German language so switched to German.

I go to tools/mailbeeze and I get the correct mailbeez message with the install button.
I click the install button and then the screen goes white but with the correct Zen Cart headings. Then nothing more seems to happen. Also no error logs.

    Appreciate any advice :)

    Thanks
    Now when I go to Tools/mailbeez (English version) I see the correct install screen but when I push the install button I just get a white screen with the url;
    https://www.simmar.ch/catalog/admin/...e=install_core

I changed the name of my admin directory in this example.

No error messages in the zen cart log or the server log

Also the zen cart module headings are gone.

    I found an "install log"
This is what it shows when I click on install. Hope it helps :)

Just to check I have mailhive folder in /httpdocs/catalog/mailhive with properties 777

I assume the fact I have the mailbeez showing up in TOOLS/ shows I at least something installed correctly?

Nothing in my server error log

I have the last access-SSL log entry
    [27/Oct/2015:09:32:07 +0100] "GET /catalog/...admin..../login.php?camefrom=mailbeez.php HTTP/1.1" 200 1671 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.71 Safari/537.36"

I have the last Xferlog entry
    Mon Oct 26 09:31:17 2015 0 178.38.76.56 16016 /home/httpd/vhosts/simmar.ch/httpdocs/catalog/mailhive/cloudbeez/cloudloader/install.log a _ o r {DB user id} ftp 0 * c

I would really like to use this .....
