Mailbeez After Sales Modules

Hi,

I'm looking forward to using this mod in anger.. In the meantime I have a couple of questions whilst testing.

HTML Emails - They just don't appear to work. It always sends emails as TXT. I saw an earlier post saying that it just passes it to the ZenCart mailer but I'm having the same problem as the earlier poster whereby it will only send out the mails in TXT - is this a wider problem?

Secondly, how/where does the product image get constructed? My website images are stored in an SSL subdomain (https://image.domain.com) - this is just to make the site easier to manage (backups/versions etc) as there are over 40K images. When I click on 'List Recipients' and it creates a mini-preview (which is HTML) the image url is http://www.domain.com/https://images....com/image.jpg - obviously I need to change this to be the correct URL of https://images.domain.com/image.jpg

I am using 1.3.8a and i have the latest version of many mailbeez addons and all working fine...

Only Facebook Review does not work.

When i click the List Recepients i get only a blank pop up and also when i run the production mode i get the same. Previously it was showing ok but could not find receipients , after the latest update it just give me a blank pop up.

Can anyone help ?

I was indeed using a CC email address that didn't have an associated Zencart account.. Used an email address that also had a Zencart account and through they came in HTML..

As for the images - I have to create a symbolic link to get them to work. I played around with the images code for as long as I could be bothered before I gave up

You see a blank page since there is an error but ZenCart is not showing this. If you cant make it work try to modify the error-reporting settings in mailhive.php to see what it says

Yes i have update all files, since the update it just stopped working, i get the popup but is blank....

What should i modify ?

Currently I can't help you in detail since am not at my dev system.

have a look at php.net and search for "error_reporting", open your mailhive.php and try do insert what is necessary to let zen-cart show the error

The error is caused by the old compatibility.php file

you HAVE TO update ALL files of mailbeez, including

mailhive/common/functions/compatibility.php

where the missing function is defined. Please donate that I can buy myself some tranquilizer...

how can i download the compatibility.php ?
is it in the facebook review files ?
