the number of days to look back must be bigger than minimum age of order, e.g.

Minimum Age of Order
10

Number of Days to Look Back
15

will find orders between 10 and 15 days old.

upgraded to 1.5 ZC
and installed MailBeez
V. 2.9.5

Whenever I click on any of these for any module
HTML, TEXT, Send Test Email, Run
The pop up box load website homepage instead of email template. I have checked and all files are in correct directories. The only thing I can think can cause issue is when I downloaded the mail beez and unzip it. Then many files were showing "Without encryption" Message.
How I can fix this and get it going?

I have used this module before however I am running the newest version of Zencart and am trying to install After sales automatic trigger campaigns and cannot locate the Mailbeez item in the drop down of the backend after I have uploaded all the files to their respective directories. Any help or similar experience?

Make sure you download the latest version from www.mailbeez.com and follow the installation instructions on http://www.mailbeez.com/documentatio...en-cart-1-5-x/

all should work then!

Aaah ok, haven't tried it but that might be the problem. was downloading from the Zen Cart plugin repository.

Hi Cord, I've been trying to install a Mailbeez onto v1.5.3, I've installed and reinstalled several times and keep having the same result. I can see the new "Mailbeez" box in the Tools menu, but when I click it, I get a blank screen and am unable to install it. Any ideas? Thank you.

I'm attempting to install Mailbeez on my local testing environment (Wampserver) and the install continues to fail. I log into Admin, go to Tools, click Mailbeez and then click the Install button which takes me to the cloud download. It appears to download the files just fine, but then cannot apply them. The error I received is as follows:

ERROR: Unknown column 'description' in 'field list' SQL: SELECT kb_entry_id AS kb_entry_id,parent_entry_id AS parent_entry_id,rtype AS rtype,rstatus AS rstatus,access AS access,access_inherited AS access_inherited,urlcode AS urlcode,treepath AS treepath,rorder AS rorder,title AS title,metadescription AS metadescription,keywords AS keywords,content AS content,content_text AS content_text,content_simple_html AS content_simple_html,conversationid AS conversationid,departmentid AS departmentid,views AS views,votes AS votes,sc_url AS sc_url,datecreated AS datecreated,datechanged AS datechanged,full_preview AS full_preview,deleted AS deleted,description AS description FROM qu_la_kb_entries WHERE urlcode = '696102' AND access = 'P' AND access_inherited = 'P' CODE: 1054

When I hit "Cancel" and it returns me to the Admin of Zen Cart I see an error message that says "fatal error: can't find config_queen.php"
I'm pretty positive that I uploaded the files correctly. Any assistance is appreciated.

I should add that this is a new install of ZC 1.5.3 using the sample database.
