how can i add zopim to my website? ( Live chat)

i have look at them,unfortunately they lack what i need

so i am afraid i will need help to add zopim

You will have to go to the zopim website and request help there. They do not make the API public, so you will have to ask them how to get the API and embed it into zencart.

first copy the widget (Code of Zopim - you should be able to get it from your account page)

Using FTP - view/edit the following
/public_html/includes/templates/ (default template)/ common/ tpl.footer.php

At the very bottom there would be something like:-

Now paste your Zopim Widget here - save the file online and thats it - you should be able to see your Zopim at right bottom on this page.
