suPHP causes whos_online.php loading forever

Hi,

since my host switched to "suPHP", whos_online.php loading forever and never ending. I am using zen-cart 1.3.8 and share hosting.

Can someone please help?

its not SuPHP thats causing the issue
they are most likely running
suhosin as well

ask them to add this to the php ini or add it to a local php.ini

suhosin.session.encrypt = off
