Make the new products box show...new products

How can I make the New Products box on the sidebar show the newest products, not just random new ones?

Look in the Configuration ... Maximum Values ... and set the limits for the New Products ...

New Product Listing - Limited to ...
Limit the New Product Listing to
0= All Products
1= Current Month
7= 7 Days
14= 14 Days
30= 30 Days
60= 60 Days
90= 90 Days
120= 120 Days

How can I get it to show just the latest products? I don't want it to show from a random selection, it needs to show the LATEST ones.

The way Ajeh suggested in her post.

New Product Listing - Limited to ...
Limit the New Product Listing to
0= All Products
1= Current Month
7= 7 Days
14= 14 Days
30= 30 Days
60= 60 Days
90= 90 Days
120= 120 Days

Limit the New Products Listing by the number of days. For example, if you select 7, New Products will only show the products added within the last 7 days. If no products match that criteria, no new products will show.

I want it to show the NEWEST products, NOT random new products from the past x days. Say I had 5 items in my shop:
Item 1 - Added 6th July 2010
Item 2 - Added 5th July 2010
Item 3 - Added 5th July 2010
Item 4 - Added 1st July 2010
Item 5 - Added 29th May 2010

I would want items 1 to 3 showing, not a random selection from items 1-4 (depending on the number of days.)
