Can not open site's admin

When i add a new web Database to my web space,i can open site's admin and appear these error as follow:

not sure how good your security is, i know when we started using zencart we had a few hackings.

I just had this same issue and fixed it by running the fix_cache_key.php mod found here:

Hopefully you have fixed it way before now, but for others searching this site for answers to these error warning messages I thought I would post the fix.
