Ive recently tried upgrading from 1.3.7 on my server to 1.3.9b just as i happened to have a copy already on the server, but gave up and installed a new copy at the moment alongside the old shop.

I installed the new software and made a new DB,

I uploaded a backup of my data into the DB but nothing shows up in the admin or catalog?

Why is this? As you can probably tell, i know diddly squit about this sort of stuff, im a hardware person lol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
