Product Details Missing in PayPal Express Checkout After Upgrading to Zen Cart 1.3.9d

I've recently upgraded a client's store to 1.3.9d.

Prior to the upgrade (using 1.3.8a), after being redirected to PayPal it would show the product's name and the total for that item.

So, if I had 2 products it would say:

Widget - $20
Widget 2 - $25
Total - $45

After upgrading and using the EC module, it will only say:
"Item Total - $45"

This used to only happen with PayPal IPN. After contacting PayPal, my client said that they responded that the API was not passing the product details.

Please advise so we can get this working properly.
