    Default Incorrect Shipping Total

    Hi Guys

I have created a site where the shipping is calculated based on weight.

I have set the shipping up using Zone Rates using the following settings

    Zone 1 Countries
    GB

    Zone 1 Shipping Table
    250:1.72,500:2.24, 750:2.75,1000:3.35,1500:5.20

A customer has placed an order with a total weight of 825g which should be £3.35 but their shipping price came out at £32.68

    Any ideas why?

    cheers

    Mark

You need to look at your settings for the Shipping/Packaging and see what you have set for the Maximum Weight and your Tare settings ...

The Maximum Weight is a unit of measure defaulting to 50 ... if you want to go to 1500 you need to raise that ... I usually recommend 5000 so you do not forget the change ...

Then, on the Tare Rates use 0:0 ...
