Additional Product Fields

I was going through the forums and found a couple of tutorials to add additional product fields in the admin area and display it in the product info page.

Can someone suggest me the best one to follow or if there is a module which does it.

I came across this module..

But in the description it says it adds only one additional product field, whereas I want to add 6 product fields.

Can anyone guide me the best way to add additional product fields.

Being tht you did not elaborate upon your requirements I suspect that you might benefit from creating a new "Product Type"
