I want to change the layout and design of add to cart button on product info page. Please tell me how can i do that?

The position of elements on the product info page can be controlled by changing the ORDER of the elements in the following file:
tpl_product_info_display.php
The elements are encased in <!--BOF --> and <!--EOF --> comment tags.
Look for other forum posts - search for tpl_product _info_display.php
