Hi. I need too be upgrate from 1.3.7.1 to 1.3.9.e as my host One-com advice me too. My sites are www.slidtoghvidt.dk I really need a step by step advice. My support has tried with no luck with a full upgrade

No. That's WAY oversimplifying the step from 1.3.7 to 1.3.9. Why are you even asking that? The last site you talked about running was already 1.3.9.

ok i will follow your exact instructions. thank you. so if i had to move my website 1.3.8 from one server to another, should i move files and then upgrade to the latest version?

moving from server to server ... which is not the topic of this thread ... is always best done independently of an upgrade.
If you want to upgrade as well, then always do your upgrade either before OR after such a move. Never during. And always make sure it's working correctly both before and after the upgrade as well as before and after the move.
