Can not run installer

Hi,
I'm trying to install zen cart program for two days, but without any success. I instaled it just as is written in tutorial - unzipp it, load on server - change file names ...

My problem is, that when I run index.php program nothing happend.
i write my path in browser:
http://www.ustvarjalnidotik.si/store...tall/index.php

but nothing happend. Can anyone help?

That is returning a 404 page not found

Tripple check where you have uploaded the files for the correct path

I can't figure out any more path. I sticked the print screen of cpanel with zencart folder.

The files must be inside of public_html to accessed on the web
