Modified AIM module. Now payments reporting as declined - yet taken

Hi,

I have been working with the provider at setting up a payment gateway.

We have modified the authorize.net (AIM) addon to point to the correct service and payments are being taken.

The problem is that despite the card being authorised and money being collected, Zencart is reporting that the payment is declined.

Any input on this would be appreciated, in particular anything that I could forward on to the service provider that might solve the problem.

False alarm. It turned out it was a temporary glitch on the part of the company offering the gateway.

After 5 years of taking CC details via the site and processing as CNP, the first sale we made as PCI compliant involved us charging the customer 3 times (which have since been refunded) and then doing a CNP transaction via our terminal.

Now that's ironic.
