    Default Paypal Dispute - Order Status

    Is there an area to select which status an order is changed to when a dispute is filed or an echeck has cleared.

    No there isn't.

    echecks are set to the regular order-status setting (usually Processing) when they clear.

    Ok, What about the disputes?

    When they come over they are set to status 1.

    Anyway to change this?

    Setting to status "1-Pending" denotes that the order is not yet paid-for, and should be treated as a "pending" order, not yet ready for processing/picking/shipping.

    No, there's not custom option available for that.

    You can change the order status manually. You could create a new order status in the database called "chargebacks", then manually update the status to that. Not sure if that's what you're after.
