From experience yes it is possible however please note that whatever store name that is on the main paypal account will appear on the statements of both stores.

Example if your store name is XYZ on paypal account. Your store ABC and DEF will both have the name XYZ appear on their statements.

We used to get charge backs from customers who didn't recognize the store name that appeared on their credit card statements. This was solved by sending an automatic email after purchase telling them that the store name XYZ will appear on their statement and that it is the same company as the store they just made their purchase from.
