Associate x product(s) to zip code for shipping estimate

Hi to all in shippingville!

I hope you can help as I am hitting a wall on this, and the functionality I am trying to achieve is an absolute must.

I need a way that I can tie a product to a zip code in order to figure the shipping cost for x number of product. I also must be able to control what shippers display during the shipping estimate pop-up for these selected products.

Currently I will only need to use UPS for these selected products but I would still need the flexibility to control the shippers if need be.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

Yes, these products will ship from a different zip code.

Also, for a commercial shipping mod which seems to be thought of highly here, Google ceon advanced shipping

Well, that one meets all but the ability to choose the shipper. This one you mentioned works only with FedEx.

I forgot to mention that the other is a commercial and yes this would work but I am trying to avoid the $80.00 if at all possible.
