One of my customers wants a partial refund

I have installed zencart on my website www.indicana.com and it has been working perfectly well. Now one of my customers wants a partial refund. I have never done that before. How do I issue a refund from my admin? a partial as well as a full refund. I would appreciate your help very much.

You have a couple options:
a) If your Zen Cart admin gives you the option to do a partial refund, you can use it.
b) Or you can just go to your PayPal account and issue the partial refund from there.
