    help question Easy Populate 1.2.5.4 Issue

    I have searched the forums and the FAQs for an answer to my issue and have been unable to find it.

    I am running ZenCart version 1.3.9b and installed Easy Populate version 1.2.5.4. I have gone through the install twice and can see no issues with it. I have double checked the temp folder's permissions to be read/write.

    I have created my info in an excel spreadsheet that was saved as a .txt file. After selecting it in the EP screen and clicking "insert to db", I am logged off immediately. No matter what I click when in the Tools>Easy Populate screen (even the download and create links) I am instantly logged off and taken back to the admin login screen.

    Any suggestions? I'm at a complete loss. Thanks in advance.

    Update: After reading a bit more on the site, I have turned off my firewal as well as cleared all cookies and the cache files. This did not fix the issue. It also happens on the other computers I have in the house.

    For anyone having this issue, I was able to resolve it.

    I am hosting with GoDaddy. They migrated me from a Windows server to a Linux server. Once the migration was complete, I uninstalled Zen Cart and Easy Populate, then reinstalled both. Using an FTP program, I set the permissions on the temp folder to read/write/execute (777). I am no longer being looped to the admin login page!
