Hi guys
Im trying to move a zencart website to a new host. I followed the wiki instructions and all went well until I replaced the new install files with the old website files (making sure not to overwrite config files) however im now getting this error on homepage of shop http://www.d1099523-3.cp.blacknight.com/shop/

The admin page is working fine & I can log in.

#3 is telling you exactly what's wrong:
If the file is actually there, then you've got its permissions set so low that the webserver can't read it.
