set shipping region wise

Hi,

we have two stores one Regent and one on Marion, but we have only one web-site for both store.
we use "store pick-up (walk in)" shipping method in my zen-cart store.
we need to give customers an option on shipping page or checkout page, where they can select pick up store (there are two stores one Regent and one on Marion)

When a customer places an order and I received the invoice - I need to know which store it is.
