    Default There was a problem refunding the transaction amount specified.

    Hey,

    I experience some weird mistakes with my PP Pro UK account.

    When I try to refund somebody from within Zen I get this error message:

    There was a problem refunding the transaction amount specified. (7 Field format error: 10004-The partial refund amount must be a positive amount)


    Furthermore, the shopping cart contents etc do not get stores on paypal.com, that means I can only identify payments by customer name.

    The IPN messages under Admin->Customers->IPN History screen seem to be broken also, CC transactions do not show up with a customer name and PP transactions always display as amoun 0.00.

    Did anybody experience the same weird issues or could try to help me? I dont have a clue where I should even start looking.
    Or do I just have wrong Paypal-Settings?

    OK, I found out what the problem was.

    For some reason the ipn handler gets the TransID from the PP-Express instead of the according PayPal Transaction ID.

    In manager.paypal.com every express transaction gets as well a PaypalTransID, how do I confgure the handler to fetch the PaypalTransID instead of the Express one, that would solve all problems mentioned above.
